Details about the 1st Phase of NFTs
The whole Solaris LandLords Collection is divided into 3 phases. So, we are starting off with the first phase, which will consist of 400 NFTs, and the holders will get some great perks and benefits for participating in the sale.
We are providing a brief overview of the real estate details so that you can have a good idea about how we are generating value. We have tried to make it as simple and easy to understand as possible, but still, if you're not able to get it, it's not a problem.
Utilities to be given to the NFT holders:
Exclusive Whitelist Access for Phase 2 NFT
Earn an attractive 3% yield after a year, on the total land valuation, which will be around ₹60,000 (approx. $650)
Access to Exclusive Solaris Events at selected nightclubs.
High Chance to get Airdrops of tokens (upon release later)
Access to two attractive 70-foot cruises as per the availability. (only for group events in West Bengal)
Conversion Tables:
1 Bigha = 20 Kattah
1 Kattah = 720 sq ft.
Total square foot (sq ft) of the project = ₹30,00,000 sq ft. (200 Bigha)
Land value = ₹40,00,000 per bigha. According to the agreement, this equates to ₹40,00,000 per 15,000 sqft.
Total land valuation = 80 Crores
